Overview: The Screen SPE Employee Rewards Program is provided for all eligible employees of Screen SPE. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Eligibility: Eligibility for the Screen SPE Employee Rewards Program is limited to current Screen SPE employees. Employees at the Director level and above are eligible to award points but not to receive points. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed due to promotion, termination of employment, or any other reason.

Change: Screen SPE reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time. Screen SPE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Screen SPE, at its sole discretion.

Participant Enrollment: Each eligible employee will receive a registration key for enrollment in the Screen SPE Points Program. Each customer will create their username and password used to gain access to the Screen SPE Points Program website.

Earning Rewards: An eligible employee must be registered in the program to receive Rewards Points or to be nominated for a President’s Award. There is no backdating of enrollment to retroactively award Employee Rewards.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

  1. Any Reward Points received, but not redeemed before termination or separation from employment, will expire as of the employee’s last day of employment.
  2. Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
  3. The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another cardholder. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward:
  1. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
  2. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
  3. Screen SPE reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Employee Rewards On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.

Statements of Rewards points earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as Screen SPE Employee Rewards point balances.

Termination of Program: Screen SPE reserves the right to terminate the Employee Rewards Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Employee Rewards must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.

Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Screen SPE Employee Rewards On-Line Catalog.

Promotional Events: From time to time, Screen SPE, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Employee Rewards Program. Any such events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.

Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program may be subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Screen SPE, or any of its affiliates or agents. Screen SPE will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Screen SPE. The information collected on this web site will be used by Screen SPE, in connection with the Screen SPE Employee Rewards Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non-Screen SPE or non-Screen SPE third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.
